I ordered some parts and paid for Next day air. It took these clowns a week to process my In Stock parts order and then send it out and then UPS said the package was damaged when it was almost to me and sent it back to Sender... Then it took 3 weeks for these clowns to give me a refund stating that they had to process the return first. The shipment went from Florida to Florida - Literally 2 days for shipping at the slowest... These guys to idiots.
No good I have not received my parts I customer service is rude puts you on hold then hangs up on you. I have a business to run all I want is My part or My money back or do I need to get my lawyer involved.

I have a 1984 Honda V65 Magna and i really like Partzilla because they have all the diagrams for my bike so i can figure out parts and part numbers that i need. Their prices are good and quick shipping. They carry the OEM parts which is a big plus!
Partzilla has won me over as my preferred source for OEM parts. They consistently beat the competitors prices and have always shipped the fastest of anyone I have purchased from. I highly recommend giving them a chance to become your No. 1 too.
I ordered a part. Then they told me that it was backordered with no ETA, but they charged my charge card. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company. So now they won't accept any order from me because I disputed the previous order charge.
I think I have found a new place to buy my parts from. They were very helpful. My parts came quick and everything worked! Thanks guys!
Partzilla does an excellent job with the multiple orders I've put in over the last year. I'm always ordering parts for my motorcycle's that are 25-30 years old. Definitely a pleasure to deal with them
I needed some parts for a 20 year old motorcycle. Not only did they have what I needed, it arrived on time and solved my issues!
I purchace all of the original replacement parys for the Goldwing from Partzilla. They have great prices and fast shipping.
I bought several cowling parts for my 05 FZ6. All parts in stock, rapid shipment but the price could've been better. Still can't access my account because IT won't send the password change link.
Not only is Partzilla's customer service fantastic... I always get what I need at a reasonable price and shipping has always been prompt!
Lousy service in my opinion.
I ordered a part for my motorcycle it said I should have it by Tuesday of the next week because I payed for expediting shipping. When I checked on Tuesday the order was not even been filled yet.
When I called and complained they offered to cancel the order, I said no if it doesn't show up ill turn it into my credit card company.
5 minutes later l get a cancelation notice. Some customer service. I will never do business with them again.
I found the parts I needed for my 2007 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 @ Partzilla when the local dealer said they were not, and would not be, available. They were in stock and shipped within 2 days.
